The Kebabish Pizza is a local legend in Pakistan. It is the ultimate crossover between a traditional Italian pizza and the smoky, charcoal-grilled street food culture of places like Gawalmandi or Burns Road.

If you can’t decide between a Seekh Kebab platter and a pizza, this is the answer. It’s meaty, robust, and carries that unmistakable "smoky" aroma.


The Vibe: The BBQ Pit on a Crust

The Kebabish pizza is defined by its texture and spice. Unlike other pizzas where the meat is diced small, here the stars are thick, juicy slices of Seekh Kebabs laid across the cheese. The sauce is usually darker and more savory, often incorporating BBQ or imli (tamarind) notes to mimic the experience of eating kebabs with chutney. It’s the "heavyweight" champion of the Pakistani pizza menu.


The Ingredients
